Full vs Partial Roof Replacement
In some cases, you might be able to replace only part of your roof, rather than the whole thing. For instance, if a portion of your roof has suffered storm damage and is beyond repair, or if you have a home with multiple floors and thus independent sections of roofing, you may only need to replace specific portions.

Replacing only part of a roof is obviously more affordable than replacing the whole thing. However, if the remaining part you’re not replacing will need to be replaced within a few years, it’s probably a better deal to do it all at once.
